"Trenchless ENGINEERING" International Conference, Exhibition and Technology Shows took place between June 6th and 8th 2017 in splendidly renovated historical interiors of Water Treatment Plant MPWiK SA in Krakow - Bielany.

The lectures during the Conference, presented simultaneously in two separate rooms, were concerned issues of trenchless (no-dig) construction and renovation.

TYTAN Awards
The unique to the European scale TYTAN prize goes each year to specially distinguishing companies within the trenchless technology discipline.
An integral part of the Conference was the biggest exhibition (free entrance) of the equipment and devices used in trenchless (no-dig) construction, networks rehabilitation and other elements connected with this subjects. The exhibition gave the opportunity not only to see specialized showpieces, but also to get a professional opinion on the practical aspect of the equipment.
Direct contact with the producers and suppliers of the equipment, technologies and variety of services in one place was a chance to improve the quality of the business.
The unique to the European scale prize TYTAN, granted by magazine "In偶ynieria Bezwykopowa" [Trenchless Engineering] as well as by votes of the Jury, goes each year to specially distinguishing companies within the trenchless (no-dig) technology discipline, not only from Poland but from the whole Europe. The prizes are awarded since 2003 at the Gala during the annual International Conference, Exhibition and Technology Shows Trenchless ENGINEERING. Last award ceremony took place on 7th June 2017 during the said event, which was held June 6-8th in Krakow.

The goal of the workshops is to discuss the basic rules of designing pipeline rehabilitation liners in reference to the DWA-A 143-2 guideline and the audit work issues.
Discussed topics will include:
• assessment of the existing pipeline,
• rehabilitaion methods in reference with the assessement outcome,
• input data for the design and the load imposed on the liner,
• imperfection problem, technical state III and IIIa,
• determination of the internal forces and dimensioning for operation and mounting,
• calculation scheme
• quality of work assessment
