The International Conference, Exhibition and Technology Shows “Trenchless Engineering” is the largest industry meeting in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe dedicated to trenchless technologies. For many years it was attended by thousands of participants, both from Poland and abroad.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, this year’s edition of the event will be held in a hybrid formula: participants will be able to choose if they want to take part in a live event in Tomaszowice or in an online version. Thanks to our platform akademia.inzynieria.com, participation in the event will be fully interactive.

I believe that we will be able to meet in September – either in beautiful Tomaszowice or virtually. See you there!

The work of experts of the Polish Association of Trenchless Technologies (PSTB) on the set of guidelines for the acceptance of works implemented using CIPP technology is coming to an end.

During the IV CIPP TECHNOLOGY Conference, in January this year, a presentation of the so far developed guidelines was held, after which the final shape of the guidelines was discussed. The document has already been prepared – it will be published by online, so that the representatives of the industry can get acquainted with it.

During the workshop that will start this year’s International Conference, Exhibition and Technology Show “Trenchless ENGINEERING”, the guidelines will be discussed again, thanks to which the document will be perfected – in this way the participants of the event will be able to have a real impact on the final version of the guidelines.

That is why we invite conference participants to actively take part in the workshops and submit comments. The collected conclusions will be thoroughly analyzed by the workgroup.

MANAGEMENT IN TIMES OF CRISIS

Representatives of investors and companies from the trenchless industry were invited to participate in the session.

We started preparing this plenary session on crisis management in autumn 2019. Now, however, with the crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, the issue of good management becomes even more pressing.

Representatives of investors and companies from the trenchless industry have been invited to participate in the session. The special guest of this part of the conference will be General Mieczysław Bieniek, who will talk about how to be an effective leader in crises based on his own experience.

He will show how to build a team and motivate it to carry out even the most difficult tasks. He will suggest how to set goals and make strategic decisions. He will advise those making key decisions about the strategies of large organizations /corporations from a long-term perspective, taking into account innovation and dynamic technological progress.

The presentation will allow participants to look differently at the organization in which they operate and lead it to success.
