Konferencja INŻYNIERIA Bezwykopowa 2019|Trenchless ENGINEERING Conference 2019

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
International Conference, Exhibition and Technology Shows “Trenchless Engineering” is Poland’s biggest trenchless industry meeting. Last year we proposed an entirely new formula of the event – and as it has been welcomed very warmly, we decided to follow that path also this year. The 17^th edition of this event was held in Tomaszowice near Kraków on 11-14 June.
This year’s edition started with the workshops. This time, at the explicit participants’ request, they were organized in an ‘ABC’ formula that will allow us to present the most important and popular trenchless technologies from scratch. Two main days of the conference consisted of lectures (first half of the day) and technology shows (second half). The event’s crowning finale was the TYTAN prizes awarding ceremony on June 13.
Apart from the theoretical and practical part of the conference, we invited participants to take part in the less formal activities, like a trip to Kraków or a feast. The event was accompanied by numerous attractions prepared in collaboration with the sponsors and partners.

Bogdan Przybyła, Wrocław University of Science and Technology Topics: The aim of the workshops is to provide basic information and introduction into the wide field of trenchless construction and technical rehabilitation of pipelines. Participation in the workshop is to give the audience the ability to distinguish particular technologies, knowledge of the purpose and main conditions for their use, as well as knowledge about the basic limitations and requirements related to the preparation of implementation using these technologies (from the technical side). Part I Technologies of trenchless pipeline construction – classification, justification of use, areas of application, advantages and disadvantages compared to alternative solutions, basic aspects of design. Technology presentation: e.g. HDD, microtunelling, hybrid solutions, hydraulic jacks. Part II Technologies of trenchless technical rehabilitation of pipelines – classification, definitions, justification of application and areas of application, basic aspects of design. Technology presentation: e.g. pipe lining, sliplining, SPR, CIPP, construction chemicals, spot repairs, repairs including robots.
