In addition to his professional work, he held numerous positions at the “Wodociągi Polskie” Chamber of Commerce—serving as its president from 2006 to 2011; from 2005 to 2006, he was a member of the board of directors of Spółka Wodna Kapuściska.
From 2013 to 2016, he led the development of a comprehensive project titled “Construction and Reconstruction of the Stormwater Drainage System and Adaptation of the Stormwater Network to Climate Change in the City of Bydgoszcz,” and subsequently oversaw its implementation, which was completed in 2023. This is the first project in Poland that enables the full management of stormwater in the city using retention and artificial intelligence.
