Panel discussion participant: Challenges in the construction and maintenance of hydrotechnical structures

Attorney, graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Since 2008, he has been working continuously with the “Polish Waterworks” Chamber of Commerce, which he represents, among other things, before government administrative bodies. On behalf of the IGWP, he has participated in parliamentary committees. He has co-authored and reviewed legal acts and documents submitted for consultation by the European Federation of National Associations of Water Services (EurEau). As part of his legal services, he has also advised water and sewerage companies that are members of the IGWP. Since January 1, 2023, he has served as President of the “Polish Waterworks” Chamber of Commerce.
