REWARD FOR GOOD WATER MANAGEMENT


The TYTAN awards are prestigious recognitions for the best projects and products, awarded in several areas of construction since 2003. In the rainwater and snowmelt industry, the winners were selected for the first time in 2018. This year, the TYTAN 2023 awards will be presented in the Project of the Year and Product of the Year categories.

The statue depicts a muscular man, a titan, a symbol of power and power. His torso is entwined with vines, an element of nature, emphasizing symbiosis with nature and trenchless technologies being in harmony with the environment. TYTAN has been designed by Andrzej Krawczak, a sculptor from Kraków. The statuettes are made in the steelworks in Kraków, and then hand-made by the artist.

ABOUT THE COMPETITION

The TYTAN awards, which have been granted by the Wydawnictwo INŻYNIERIA sp. z o.o. since 2003, recognise the best projects and products. Candidates for the award may include both completed projects and those planned, at the concept and execution stage, as well as innovative products available on the Polish market for use in the area of rainwater and snowmelt. Winners in each category are selected by a jury of recognised experts – market participants and representatives of scientific and research centres and industry associations. The awards in the area of Project of the Year and Product of the Year will be presented at a gala ceremony on 5 September 2024.


CATEGORY:

PRODUCT OF THE YEAR – the award will be given to the innovative product introduced to the Polish market related to the rainwater and snowmelt industry, which receives the highest number of points in the voting.

PROJECT OF THE YEAR – the award will be given to a project carried out in the territory of the Republic of Poland. A project that has not yet been realised, the concept and execution of the project can be nominated and awarded.
