Legal aspects of rainwater and snowmelt regulation

Lawyer, graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Since 2008 continuously cooperates with the Chamber of Commerce ‘Polish Waterworks’, which it represents, among others, before government authorities. On behalf of the IGWP, he participated in parliamentary committees. He has co-written and provided opinions on legislation and documents sent for consultation by the European Federation of National Associations of Water Services (EurEau). As part of his legal services, he also advised water and sewerage companies that are members of the IGWP. From 1 January 2023 serves as President of the Chamber of Commerce ‘Polish Waterworks’.
