Water Management and Flood Protection
Dear Sirs
On 4-6 September 2024, the 3rd edition of the Congress on Water Management and Flood Protection will be held in Krakow, Poland, which is a continuation and development of the Rainwater and Drainage Management Conference, which has been organised since 2016. The demands made by the Conference participants resulted in the organisation of the Congress, taking into account the importance of rainwater in flood safety management and the need for an integrated and comprehensive approach to both topics. The proposed formula was met with a very positive attitude from the participants. In the post-Congress surveys, they expressed the need for the continuation of the Congress, which animates a multi-faceted discussion, enables the identification of good practices and the sharing of knowledge. They also highlighted the advantages of the venue.
Therefore, it is with all the more pleasure that we invite you to the 3rd edition of the Congress, which will be held in the historic, beautifully restored building of the Bielany Water Treatment Plant, located in the most charming district of Krakow, right next to the Wolski Forest – the green lungs of Krakow. You will be able to enjoy the extraordinary atmosphere of the place, all the more so because we have planned accommodation and the TYTAN 2024 award gala in the Przegorzały Castle and Hotel Forest, located in the heart of the Wolski Forest.
Krakow. 4-6 September 2024. Let’s be together at the 3rd Water Management and Flood Protection Congress.
