36 000 watt show
BLEJKAN S.A. will present CIPP UV conduit renovation. To cure the liner, there will be used the equipment with 36 000 watt UV lamps – those are currently the most powerful lamps that can be used to renovate the conduits with a diameter up to 2000 mm. The system is also equipped with a permanent wear monitoring that enables the ongoing control and prevents the risk of the lack of photoinitiators’ stimulation.

Potable water requires more
The show organized by Terlan sp. z o.o., MC-Bauchemie sp. z o.o. and Insituform is aimed at presenting potable water conduit renovation using the InsituMain liner with Konudur 180 resin.

New products, intriguing solutions
Amiblu Poland will conduct a show during which tightness of the panel connectors will be tested. Presented panels will have dimensions 1350/1770 mm and a liner in a new color. Show will be dedicated to presenting the tightness test of a two-seal connection type B of new generation non-circular pipes GRP AMIBLU NC Line. The test will be conducted in accordance with the norm PN-EN 1610 using the “L” method and PDPS 1 equipment by Gamm-Bud sp. z o.o. It is an alternative method, equivalent to the traditional procedure, but cheaper and faster. It enables the tightness verification during the installataion phase so the installation mistakes can be avoided and the system can be 100% tight.

Jacking equipment
Hercu Pneumatic will present a comparison of work and performance characteristics of the “moles” – jacking equipment with a diameter of 135 mm with a permanent and a mobile head

Connectors’ automatic tracking
During the show of Retel’s company, there will be presented the patented solutions of I.S.T company concerning cutting robots. For connectors’ tracking using cutting robots, there will be used the Wincan software. After the connector is tracked, the robot will automatically come back with an ultimate configuration of the cutter.

The lab for special applications
CETCO Poland invites the participants of the conference to the field lab for special applications. During the show there will be discussed composition and parameters design of drilling fluids, including the maximisation of solids’ separation efficiency as well as the materials that are to be used in the demanding geological conditions. During the show, CETCO Poland will be accompanied by the Normag GmbH and ROE representatives who will present the rules of designing and configuration of the phase separation sections, as well as the operating principle of closed drilling fluid circuit and the method of operating and maintaining discussed gear.

How to power the special vehicles’ superstructures?
During the show, there will be presented the innovative solutions concerning powering the special vehicles’ superstructures, used for inspection vehicles by Retel company. The proposed solution includes the efficient, light, Li-ion batteries. Remote control of the power supply parameter is based on the data registered in a cloud.

Tailor-made pipes
Gerodur MPM will present the polyethylene pipes with PP coating, that can be used for execution of any trenchless projects. One of the most interesting solutions concerning those pipes is that they can be welded in a simple way. The company will present different possibilities of installation of those pipes, tailored to the clients wishes.

JL Maskiner w Polsce sp. z o.o., present on Polish market for over 25 years, the only Ditch Witch brand dealer in our country, will present the directional drilling rigs JT20XP and JT10.
