Legal regulations of the designer’s responsibility for the projects’ defects

During the presentation, there will be discussed the topic of the designer’s responsibility for the projects’ defects. It should be analyzed in the three dimensions: civil liability, professional liability and criminal liability. Being aware of the risk and the premises that determine the possibility of being held liable in each of these dimensions is a valuable information, both for the designer and other participants of the project execution process.
