Auditor and author of opinions regarding the implementation of public procurement contracts for construction works and services. Advisor and consultant on public procurement law and FIDIC Conditions of Contract for contracting authorities (project implementing entities) and contractors in the infrastructure, environmental protection, and waste management sectors. Professional experience with numerous contracts executed under FIDIC Conditions of Contract. Advocate for the use of FIDIC Conditions of Contract in their unamended form, consistent with the original “spirit” of FIDIC.
