Tunnels for Residents – Utilizing the Space Above Tunnels: The Case of Sections of Kraków’s Third Ring Road, Both Completed and Planned

A graduate of the Kraków University of Technology. Co-author of the Study on the System of Primary Bicycle Routes in the City of Kraków, project implementation representative (MAO) for the project “Reconstruction of the tram line on the section Rondo Mogilskie–Jana Pawła II Avenue–Plac Centralny, including the traffic control system in Kraków,” and member of the task force on the construction of the Kraków metro. He currently serves as the contract engineer for the project titled “Construction of Łagiewnicka Route in Kraków from the intersection with Grota Roweckiego Street to the intersection with Beskidzka Street and Halszki Street, along with the construction of a tram line section.” Since 2017, he has been a member of the management board of Trasa Łagiewnicka S.A. He holds unlimited licenses to manage construction works in the field of structural engineering and construction, as well as design licenses.
