PANEL DISCUSSION: The Role of an Independent Expert in Mediation – Support for the Parties and the Mediator, or a Source of Further Dispute and Unnecessary Costs?

Legal Counsel and Deputy Director of the Legal Department at Centralny Port Komunikacyjny sp. z o.o., a company responsible for implementing the “Port Polska” program, which includes, among other things, the construction of a new hub airport near Warsaw and a high-speed rail network in Poland. At CPK, he is responsible, among other things, for providing legal services for rail projects. For many years, he worked in the infrastructure and energy practice of one of Poland’s largest law firms, advising clients from the public sector as well as Polish and international construction and design firms on the implementation of investment projects, including those under the PPP model. He holds law degrees from Poland and Germany.
