PANEL DISCUSSION: Geological, Mining, and Construction Law – Regulatory Consistency as the Foundation for the Efficient Implementation of Projects

A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Lodz University of Technology, specializing in Heavy Construction Machinery. He is a pioneer of trenchless technology in Eastern Europe. Since 1993, he has been promoting horizontal directional drilling (HDD) in Poland. Since 2003, he has worked at the German company Herrenknecht AG as Sales Director responsible for the markets of Eastern and Central Europe. He has supplied the Polish market with, among other things, TBM heads for the Warsaw Metro and for the construction of the tunnel under the Martwa Wisła in Gdańsk (with a diameter of 12.5 m). He has participated in over 100 conferences on underground infrastructure and trenchless technologies and is the author of dozens of publications and papers on microtunneling and TBMs (Tunnel Boring Machines).
