Possibility of purchasing advanced technologies in public procurement on the example of CIPP channel renovation
During the lecture, participants will learn about the possibilities offered by the new Public Procurement Law. Although both the current Public Procurement Act and the one that will enter into force on January 1, 2021, are a detailed specification of the same Procurement Directives, the changes are enormous. The very fact that the new law is more than twice as extensive as the previous document raises considerable emotions. The Act introduces many new constructions, but it is equally important that some of the currently operating tools can be interpreted quite differently and will still comply with the relevant Directive.
