She graduated from the Krak\u00f3w University of Technology with a degree in Environmental Engineering, specializing in Water Supply and Wastewater Treatment. She has been working in the field for 26 years, including 25 years at Wodoci\u0105gi Bydgoskie. She has led numerous research projects on water quality, the classification of water at the deep-well intake in Gda\u0144sk Forest, and pilot studies on a semi-technical scale regarding the stormwater treatment process, based on which stormwater treatment facilities were designed and built to treat stormwater before it is used for irrigating green spaces. She also analyzed the reasons why the water in Bydgoszcz\u2019s swimming pools did not meet the required quality standards. Based on her own research, she established effective methods for removing hydrogen sulfide from wastewater and vapors, and the solutions she developed are recommended by MWiK. Her most recent project focused on identifying the causes of poor water quality in the \u201cdead\u201d Brda River in Koronowo. In the area of stormwater quality, she is particularly interested in the issue of pollution caused by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
