A graduate of Gda\u0144sk University of Technology, where he completed his studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering and earned a degree in management. A construction appraiser and expert in infrastructure and housing investments, he is highly regarded for his ability to build effective teams. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>His career, spanning over 40 years, includes the implementation of prestigious projects in Pomerania. As president of the EURO Gda\u0144sk 2012 Investment Office, he oversaw the construction of the Arena Ba\u0142tycka stadium. Later, as head of Gda\u0144skie Inwestycje Komunalne (2010\u20132016), he was responsible for key municipal investments worth over 3 billion PLN, including the construction of the Sucharskiego and S\u0142owackiego transportation routes, the tunnel under the Martwa Wis\u0142a, and the European Solidarity Center. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>Since 2016, as Vice President of NDI SA, he has been responsible, among other things, for the construction of the PKO BP Rotunda in Warsaw, the Vistula Spit canal, the STOS Computer Center for Gda\u0144sk University of Technology, and the facilities for PGZ Stocznia Wojenna as part of the Miecznik program. Since 2023, he has served as Vice President for Business Development. <\/em><br \/>\n<em>He is actively involved in professional activities\u2014he served for many years as president of the Polish Association of Civil Engineers and Technicians and was the founder and president of the Pomeranian Regional Chamber of Civil Engineers. He is a member of the Committee on Civil and Water Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Construction Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, and the Economic Council of Gda\u0144sk University of Technology.
