The need for leakage testing of in-situ cured CIPP resin liners

In addition to strength, the primary characteristic that materials used in water and sewer networks must possess is their watertightness. While the structural integrity of factory-made pipes is not a major problem, with formed and cured-in-place (CIPP) pipes it is uncertain whether the integrity is not provided solely by a thin inner film that wears away over time.

From 1990 to 2010, employed as a research and didactic employee at the Faculty of Construction and Environmental Engineering of Kielce University of Technology. Since 2010, employed as a teaching employee at the Faculty of Construction and Work Safety at the Higher Engineering School of Work Safety and Organisation in Radom and as President of the Management Board at the Centre for Testing and Certification in Kielce. Author of numerous projects, expert opinions, technical opinions and scientific publications. Co-organiser of national and international scientific and technical conferences and promoter of numerous diploma, engineering and master’s theses.
